4. Print-on-Demand Production

STORKK operates using a Print-on-Demand (POD) production model.

Every product is manufactured only after an order has been successfully placed. This allows us to reduce waste while delivering freshly produced products to our customers.

Production begins shortly after order confirmation.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law where required.

6. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

STORKK reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Cancel orders due to production issues or product unavailability.
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer where necessary.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund.

7. Payments

We accept secure payments through the payment methods available during checkout, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other supported payment options.

Payment information is securely processed by our payment partners. STORKK does not store or have access to your complete payment details.

8. Shipping

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, courier services, customer location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production has begun.

Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted because every product is custom-produced specifically for the customer.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to review that policy before making a purchase.
